Reg:Java Developer/Lead Multiple requirements

Hi,

 

We have the following Java requirements for our client in Bay area,ca.

 

1.      Java Tech Lead:

·         7 - 9 years of experience in Software Development mainly in client-server (Multi * tier Architecture) applications involving design, development, deployment using Java/J2EE technologies both in Unix/Window Environment.

·         Extensive experience in core Java/J2EE, JSP, Servlets, EJB, Struts 2.3, Hibernate, Spring 3.0, JSF, Web services, Weblogic application server, JDK 1.5, JNDI, HTML, JSTL and JavaScripts.

·         Good in communication so as to explain to offshore team.

·         Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis/Design(OOA & D) and development, database concepts, mainly in enterprise web applications using J2EE .

·          Must Have Deployed applications on J2EE Application servers like Websphere or Apache Tomcat web server.

·          Experience in developing n-tier enterprise applications using J2EE .

 

Good To Have:

·         Strong and recent experience on Business Rules Engine and Work Flow Engine or Graph Database.

·        Extensively worked on the Applications with huge data and able to maintain good performance. Any third party tools used is a definitive advantage.

·        User Interface design and build is preferable.

 

Second Position: UI developer:

·        5+ years of XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

·        Knowledge of browser compatibility issues when using JavaScript and CSS

·        Experience working with one or more templating languages

·        Intimate knowledge of current web standards

·        Insight on user experience specifications

·        Requirements gathering and analysis skills

·        Exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills

·        Experience with one or more of the following JS libraries: Dojo 1.5+, EXTJS , jQuery

·        HTML5 and CSS3 understanding

·        Visual design (ability to create mockups in photoshop)

·        Interaction design (user flow diagrams and use cases)

·        Writing and maintaining supporting documentation

·        AJAX

·        Websphere Portal Server

·        JSP, Taglibs and JSF

·        XML ,XSL and XPath

·        CVS, SVN, or Git

·        Linux

·        Section 508 Requirements
