We need Performance Test Lead to be a subject Matter Expert in performance testing.
Job Description:
• Strong experience in handling a team of performance testers (6-8) and onsite-offshore experience is preferred.
• Sound hands on experience in Performance testing using Performance Centre or LoadRunner 11.0/9.5/9.1
• Strong understanding of performance testing life cycle and concepts
• Knowledge of working on protocols other than WEB (HTTP/HTML)
• Hand on user level [at least] working experience with one of the Windows and Unix flavor OS Monitoring
• Working experience with Oracle/SQL Database, JBoss/WAS application servers and others
• System performance testing methodology awareness: peak, spike & endurance tests
• Capture non-functional requirements for SUT, analyze the information and prepare the Non-Functional Requirement specification document
• Understand the application and write test cases/scripts/conditions and its review preferably using a tool (e.g. LoadRunner).
• Analyse, prepare and publish test reports to leads
• Attitude towards tuning will be an added advantage
• Open to travel and an outstanding attitude to accept challenges
• Strong communication skills and a good team player
Oracle development DBA

Job Description:
Looking for an Oracle development DBA to support a very highly distributed OLTP system. Must have experience designing and developing on all versions of Oracle DBMS from 9i to 11g. Solid PL/SQL and data analysis skills are mandatory. Experience with database design tools a plus.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Design and implement database objects including, tables, views, indexes and partitioning strategies.
Design, develop, modify and troubleshoot complex PL/SQL code.
Design, test and document database environments.
Research complex data problems and deliver any required data solutions
Modify/improve existing OLTP structures with minimal to no disruption to front end applications.
Work with other Data Architects, DBAs, and development teams to create high performance, reliable solutions in an OLTP environment
Evaluate and implement new data related technologies
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or MIS/CIS) and 10+ years of relevant IT experience. Relevant experience may be substituted for education
Skills and Qualifications
Applicant must have a strong technical aptitude, strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work independently. Applicant must posses the ability to apply technical knowledge, communicate ideas, and leverage interpersonal and/or business skills. Applicant should be skilled in prioritizing requirements, determining concise implementations, and generating complete and coherent documentation. Applicant must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, peers and customers. Applicant must also show the ability and motivation to learn quickly and be successful in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. SQL tuning, data modeling, PL/SQL development. Working knowledge of Java, c#, middleware technologies and how they impact and are impacted by database design a plus.

Operations Architect (SYS MGMT PLAN, App Operational Readiness) (Hands–on Technical Resource)

Job Description:
- DW operational function design and implementation strategies (DR, Arch/Purge, Backup/Recovery, Quality, Scheduling, Error Handling, Alerts, Capacity management, Scalability Strategy and Testing)
- Audits all projects to insure a production ready design is planned for
- Works with Enterprise Architecture providing infrastructure maintenance requirements
- Production Incident Management Leadership/Support
- TCO estimating to insure prod support growth as applications/functionality are added
- Mentor Ops team Members and help them with Technical Design/Code/Debug etc.
- Technical Skills: Must have Informatica knowledge, UNIX, Teradata, Strong in SQL; Nice to have: Netezza and OBIEE.
