Technical Architect ( Java with ILOG experience)

Explanation for Position:
The Business Policy Architect will be a senior technology professional with deep understanding on business rules space. Must have worked on multiple projects using ILOG JRules product Must have created business rules framework which includes standards, guidance and processes for business rules Collaborate with other architects to understand cross functional requirements to create the big picture

Organize the rules within the rule project from the business perspective Will be responsible for analyzing the business knowledge hidden in legacy code (COBOL) and extracting business rules and processing logic Must be able to perform the term fact analysis to create Domain Models using UML tools Must be able to translate business requirements into Rule based technical solutions

Details of Position:
The Business rule developer will be a technology professional with an understanding on business rules space. Must have Design, code, unit test, system & integration test Java code for IBM Jrules business rules engine and for distributed tier interfaces. Analyzes business requirements. Participates in project technical designs and architectures. Performs Jrules analysis. Assists in debugging complex errors. Programs complex Jrules modules. Optimize & extend functional solution to horizontally scaled, commodity servers providing high availability to application.

Management Skills:
Must have excellent understanding of ILOG JRules Business rule management systems (BRMS) o Must have a deep understanding of Rule Engine concepts (Working memory, agenda, etc) and be able to justify the use of various JRules specific features (virtual methods, automatic variables, update object state etc)

• Understands the various integration options for JRules in RES and be able to identify the most appropriate option for the project
• Design, Development and Administering JRules products (Rules Studio, RES, RTS, Rule Scenario Manager)
• Be able to optimize the rule execution for performance improvement
• Be able to perform Unit testing of the Rules and generate html reports for the test results
• Must have work experience in large projects with high volume data processing and critical SLA requirements
