IMPORTANT
There is a strong possibility of extension on this role. Contractors should provide their own laptops.
ROLE: Exchange Engineer
REQUIRED SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES/DELIVERABLES
Microsoft Exchange Engineer responsible for the day to day support of Exchange infrastructure
Including
* Troubleshooting messaging issues (Outlook and Exchange)
* User provisioning
* Resource account managment (conference room scheduling)
* BISCOM Fax integration
Requirements
* Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2010 support
*Active Directory and Directory Services knowledge
*Experience with Large Enterprise Exchange environments
* Enterprise messaging best practices.
Windows Operating System Knowledge and Support
* Microsoft Windows technical support with advanced knowledge of server and client maintenance, troubleshooting in a large enterprise
• 5- 7 years experience in Information Technology, 3 years experience in an Global Enterprise
Environment
• Extensive knowledge, managing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows Server 2003-2008
