Location – Somerset, NJ

 

Duration – 6 Months.

 

Please find below Job Description for Remedy Developer:

 

Be able to converse with the customer or other internal asset facing groups about application behavior or attribute definitions.provides support for business systems including Remedy platform applications. Remedy platform applications include Help Desk, SLA, Change Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management and few home grown applications.

·         Integration of third party applications like newScale, AT&T,Cognizantworkflow,Kinetic survey etc with remedy.

 

·         (Potentially) responsible for loading ITSM foundation data

 

·         Handling enhancement and customization requests in Remedy ITSM suite by creating forms,

 

           workflows, objects etc.

 

·         Responsible for loading relationship data that ties CMDB data to non CMDB data such as

 

           People, Contracts, or Support Groups.

 

·         Must be able to supply meaningful communication or feedback to requesters about any data

 

           loading errors, warnings, and exceptions.

 

·         Must be able to read logs and resolve issues.

 

·         Responsible for upgrade from Remedy ITSM 7.1 to Remedy ITSM 7.6.

 

·         Identification of bugs and co-ordination with BMC for rectifying the errors.
