The Program Manager (PM) designs, plans, and coordinates work teams. Provides technical support to project team members. Handles complex application features and technical designs. Designs and implements the components required for complex application features. Generally manages a group of applications systems analysts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Usually reports to a senior manager.

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and direct the work of others, may report directly to a project lead or manager, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

 

·         A work history demonstrating dependability.

·         4-6 years project management & analyst experience

·         3+ years MS Project experience

·         Strong facilitation skills

·         Ability to gather business requirements and facilitate meetings

·         Ability to work within ITE's project management and SDLC processes

·         PMI designation desirable

·         Possess strong communications skills

Background in mixed data center environments that include AIX and Windows based servers, networking, as well as mainframe equipment.				Desired
