Position: SharePoint Administrator
Location: DC
Duration: 6 Months

We are currently looking for a SharePoint Administrator/Architect to
assist with implementing and supporting their Enterprise Content
Management Strategy/Initiative. This position would serve as the
technical liaison between the Technology Strategy & Innovation (TSI)
group implementing the strategy and the Application Support Management
(ASM) groups who is supporting the strategy. Responsible for the
maintenance, troubleshooting, access, and backup for enterprise wide
MS SharePoint systems. Technologies supported include operating
systems, servers, networks, system security, hardware and other
software applications. Troubleshoot system issues, resolve or
recommend solutions. Create and manage system documentation, including
configurations and backup procedures. Install patches and updates as
needed. Participate in the definition and implementation of system
components including new servers, hardware, software and upgrades.
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot operating systems. Must
possess solid knowledge of operating systems and networking hardware
and software. 6+ years of experience functioning in a Systems
Administrator capacity is required.



Skill sets: SharePoint 2007 & 2010, SQL Server 2012 Heterogeneous
environments, .net (light) and java (light) and SharePoint (Expert) –
content management (logical design, web application/site
collection/subsite, content types, and term management), CSS/HTML 5.0
web technologies, CMIS 1.0 or content integration experience,
Enterprise Workflow, Program Initiatives. Cloud capabilities -
preferably Office 365 and box.net, Fast search, Gimmalsoft and BA
Analytics, Records Center



· Initially defined as a five month engagement with a strong
possibility for a long term support engagement starting in 2013

· The position would report directly to the ITS Application
Support Management – Back Office Services manager John Mazzullo and
would serve as an extension of the support team

· The position would need to be interviewed with the Back
Office Services manager John Mazzullo

• Looking for a resource that has performed ECM tool/add-on
implementations in SharePoint 2010 and knows how support can be done
while rolling out a strategic plan

• It is clear that the candidate would have to be versed
across multiple technologies (.NET, Java, etc) however they would have
to have a focus or a SME on SharePoint in terms of configuration and
logical design within SharePoint 2010. Definitely needs to be heavy on
the SP side, believe willing to overlook deficiencies in other areas

• Cloud, Enterprise Search & Workflow were also mentioned as
requirements

• Experience in the following tools/areas is preferred:



• Integration with Cloud capabilities (preferably Office 365
and box.net)

• FAST configuration, implementation, and support

• Enterprise Workflow

• Gimmalsoft and BA Analytics configuration, implementation,
and support

• Taxonomy design and implementation

• Records Center configuration, implementation, and support
