We are looking for Genesys IVR or CTI  Resource

Location: Jackson, MI

Duration: 6 months

Start Date : As soon as BGV is completed

Job Description:

· Experience 5 – 7 years

· Manages scope, functional and Non-functionalrequirement for the entire project;

Worksin close co-ordination with design & delivery team;

· Responsible for functional risk management andany issue resolution in the project;

· Disassembling the system into subsystems orcomponents;

· Should be able to provide business processre-engineering solutions for the problems raised by the customer

· Does on time delivery and has /highdependability factor without follow ups.

· Takes responsibility for resolving a crisissituation and sees that it comes to a logical conclusion (even if beyond one'sdirect deliverable)

Technical Skills Required:
Genesys Interactive Voice Response Unit is the IVR Application
Genesys GPlus Adapter integration with SAP CRM 5.0/SAP CRM7.0
Genesys Voice Portal Provisioning Tool
Genesys CTI
