JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks and analysis requested by various internal stakeholders.
• Design, execute and deliver recurring reports and analysis to senior executives in the Company.
• Creates innovative solutions for data reporting and visualization.
• Provide training and support on reporting tools and online data sources to business teams and product management.
• Generate ad hoc analyses and reporting to support website development, planning, and operations.
• Monitor key areas of web and mobile performance.
• Organizes and analyzes data from all sources, using statistical methods to ensure validity of results.
• Assist in driving web and mobile analytics strategy and testing.
• Provide recommendations improving data integrity.
• Conduct market research and benchmark analysis.
Skills:
• Analytic and web based skills including experience using Google Analytics and Omniture/Adobe Analytics Tools such as Insight, SiteCatalyst and Discover.
• Understanding of Internet technology, URLs, domains, and database concepts.
• Ability to verify analytics tracking in browser testing tools (e.g.
Charles, Fiddler)
• Experience with multivariate or AB testing (preferred) • Strong Excel Skills • Ability to think critically and make recommendations based on the business data needs: analyze, interpret results, and recommend actions.
• Familiarity with statistical methods.
• Experience with Analytics for social platforms (preferred)
