Position: RAmdocs Billing Business Analyst

Major Duties
• Provide Business and Technical requirements for the Autogen program.
Work with the NCO Business Unit and Markets in gathering the requirements.
• Create BRD (Business Requirements Documents), and Use cases.
• Troubleshoot production issues by looking the Business requirements, High Level Design, and Data and services.
• Use Troubleshooting tools such as SOAP/UI to understand and analyze the communication across the systems.
• Creates core BAT test cases in consultation with Business and Markets, and executes them. This is in addition to the QA and Markets testing.
Must have:
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Technology field.
• 5-10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in the areas of Requirement Gathering, Testing, and production troubleshooting.
• 5+ years' experience with ordering/Billing tools either using Comtrac/vision or ACSR/CSG. The individual must have expert level understand of Rate Codes, Service Codes, Packages, Ordering types (Install, Upgrade/Downgrade, Transfer, Disconnect, Cancel, etc.)
• 3+ years' experience using CAE (Customer Account Executive), Team Lead, or IS configuration analyst in the Call Center.
• 3+ experience with IS/IT systems.
• 3+ experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with EPC a plus.
• Prior experience within CET a plus.
• Experience with Reporting systems a plus.
• Ability to create cost-estimates and software/system development Business Cases.
• Experience with Voice, Data, Video, Wireless technology a plus.
