Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review existing infrastructure set up, develop best practices and operation guidelines

• Install software that supports the environment

• Install operating system security updates

• Install operating system updates, upgrades and service packs

• Maintain system, application, security and SharePoint, IIS event logs

• Maintain registry settings and environment settings

• Manage Windows services

• Manage Network Load Balancing

• Set SPNs and Kerberos settings
  

  In Summary:

• Experience in SharePoint 2010 Farm Administration (SharePoint 2010 Server and Foundation)

• Farm solution deployment

• Service Application administration

• Familiarity with ULS logs

• Event Application logs

• SharePoint Health Analyzer

• Install cumulative updates/service packs in farm environment

• Powershell is a plus

• Forefront Security
