Job Title:Peoplesoft Developer (HRMS)

Duration: 6Months

Location:New York City,NY

Note: Need Green Card or US Citizen (c2c is ok)



Required Qualifications:

4+ years PeopleSoft in v. 8,8 and v. 9.0 development experience with HR, Benefits Administration, Manager Self Service and/or Workflow

4+ years experience with PeopleSoft development tools version 8.48+

4+ years PeopleSoft development and integration experience with upgrades and patches

4+ years experience developing PeopleSoft interfaces into legacy and 3rd party systems.

3+ full lifecycle PeopleSoft HR and/or Ben Admin implementation experience.

Good knowledge in relation to Benefits Administration Module

Good knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM Database model.

Strong UNIX and Shell Scripting.

Strong knowledge of STAT tool,

Experience documenting processes for HR, Payroll and/or Benefits

Experience working on an enterprise wide project a must

Excellent understanding of a systems development lifecycle methodology

Good Communications skills (Oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are required



Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Developer

VISTA Plus report distribution tool

CA Scheduler Tool

Knowledge of mainframe environment is a plus.

Experience working with PeopleSoft Implementations in a government or civil service environment

Experience working within a matrix environment.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical/business discipline or 2-4 years practical technical/business experience.
