Requirement 1:

 

Looking for a Business Analyst for our  client in San Jose in the areas of Change Management, Training and Communications. This person will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement. Person will also be responsible for preparation of Training and Communication material.

Roles and responsibilities:
* Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side change caused by projects and change efforts.
* Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
* Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
* Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans * including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.
* Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions
* Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
* Work with communication, training, HR and OD specialists in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation.

Person should have preferably worked with stakeholders like Controllers, Finance Managers etc. Knowledge of any Pricing and Discounting tool would be highly desirable.
Excellent power point and Visio skills are required.
Knowledge of any ERP system will be nice to have.
Previous Cisco experience is desirable.

Non-Technical skills:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Inclusive, ability to build trusted relationships with SMEs, team members on IT and business Subject Matter Experts
Academics & Experience:
* 3 to 10 years experience

 

Requirement 3:

 

TASKS
Data analysis and document detailed requirements from various products at a very detailed level. Collaborate with internal stakeholders. Translate external customer requirements into functional requirements. Analyze existing data in various data sources.

SKILLS
- Experience capturing and documenting detailed requirements.
- Develop and build Use Cases.
- Document functional specifications.
- Understanding of and the ability to perform data analysis tasks when needed is required.
- Experience creating business requirements documents (BRD) and functional specifications.
- Experience in building user stories and use cases and product backlog (agile methodology).
- Transform high level requirements into more detailed requirements from various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of storage and backup products or similar highly desirable.
- Skills in writing detailed requirements, documents and functional specs are critical.
- Ability to support online / web products.
