Job Title : BI Admin

Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 5-7 years

Technical/Functional Skills : • 5+ years of BI Tool Administration (Cognos, Business Objects, InfoSphere and Optim)

• 5-7 years of working on BI platforms

• At least 1-2 years in a BI Developer role

• Strong communication

• Exceptional troubleshooting skills

• Methodic approach to problem solving

• Ability and willingness to see a problem through to its final resolution.

• Technical understanding of windows and Unix/Linux operating systems

• In-depth knowledge of installation and configuration of tool platforms (Cognos, Business Objects, InfoSphere and Optim)

• Experience in migration/upgrades of tool platforms (Cognos, Business Objects, InfoSphere and Optim)

• 5+ years of database experience ( Oracle, SQL server, Progress)

Experience Required : 5 years

Roles & Responsibilities : • Administration of Business Objects, Cognos, InfoSphere and Optim environments including security, users, projects, and objects

• Environment tuning and troubleshooting

• Migrations, Upgrades and patches

• Incident management and resolution

• Process improvement

• Environment builds and configuration

• Developer & end user support

• Production support ( on call during off hours/weekends)

Generic Managerial Skills : Good communication and ability to interact with Client managers

Education : B.E or Equivalent

Work Location                 : Holland, MI
