SCOM Writeup: The SCOM Administraor/Implementation Specialist/Professional is someone that is experienced in Installation and setup of SCOM.  The right person will have knowledge and experience configuring SCOM to monitor and report on Exchange 2010, Lync and Blackberry. SCOM needs to be configured to dispatch alerts when servers are failing or in a bad state as well as the ability to run reports from the data captured to show trending information. The best candidate will have extensive knowledge of Exchange and Outlook, but the key role will be to implement and manage SCOM for Exchange and Lync.
