·         5 years experience with hands on TIBCO development

·         Experience with TIBCO business services

·         Experience with EMS (Enterprise messaging services)

·         Coordinating with the offshore development team and the Sr. Project manager offshore.

·         Fixing TIBCO code, as required

·         Actively involved in code deployment
