Position  : CTI Developer
Location : Pennington, NJ
Duration : 6 months + extension

 

MUST HAVES:
1.).NET skills
C#, XML, multi-threading, Web Services, Object-Oriented programming
2) MS Windows
Solid experience in developing Windows application using Genesys SDK is required. 

Solid understanding of Windows controls.
3) Genesys
Overall good understanding of Genesys TServer TLIB and platform SDK API;

understanding of Genesys Tserver event call model; knowledge and comfortable using

CME, Configuration Management Environment UI.
Must have development experience using Genesys TLIB Platform SDK for Tserver

version 7.6 or greater.  Any experience related developing Softphone and screen-pop

is helpful.
Must have good understanding of Tserver events and commands. Good understanding

of Genesys servers is desirable.
4) ACD
Experience with Avaya ACD and phone is required. 
5) Some Web development experience is needed
ASP.NET, HTML, CCS, Java Script, AJAX

 

PLUSES:
Knowledge of Genesys Configuration and Stat Server APIs
Cisco Call manager and Cisco phone experience
MS WPF
MS Active Directory
 
DAY TO DAY:
This person will be developing an application for internal employees to use on their computer while they are on the phone with clients/internal employees.  The technology is called Avaya ACD (Automatic Call Distribution).  This candidate will doing custom development for this Avaya ACD tool based on what requirements the business teams need.
