Description:

Responsible for managing the development of custom line-of-business applications, managing the implementation of line-of-business COTS applications, and managing the support and maintenance of existing custom and COTS applications. Responsible for the overall planning, management and completion of development projects following a standard Project Management Methodology. Identifies the approach to be used on a given IT project and manages the application development process by developing project schedules, work breakdown structures and budgets; assigning and managing individual responsibilities; and is responsible for determining and working with supervision to acquire resource needs. Maintains effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members.

Experience Needed:

PMP, SDLC, CA Clarity Portfolio Management, MS Office Suite, Team Foundation Server (TFS)
