We are in need of an Architect to work on the Commerce Product Team.
This team is responsible for providing and supporting Add-To-Cart, Cart and Checkout in DotCom.

Description of Responsibilities:
Lead a team of application developers to design, develop and maintain core areas of business.
Perform hands on software development, provide technical leadership for implementation and guidance to the business owners regarding solutions.
Lead technical design, documentation and development efforts for project and maintenance work. Hands-on Java development to implement complex application components. Prepare documentation during the planning and design phases of application development.
Serve as technical expert on core areas of business.
Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior developers, performing code and design reviews, and assisting the run and maintenance teams in investigating and correcting challenging system issues.
Manage development on projects and work with various external & internal stakeholders across the organization to successfully drive projects to completion.

5+ Years of Hands On coding Java/J2EE development experience
Experience leading projects
Experience mentoring other developers
Strong presentation, verbal and written communications skills
Strong desire for test-driven solutions
The project is in an agile environment and candidates should feel comfortable with test-driven development and pair-programming.
