Sr. QA Automation Engineer (3 Openings)
Contract– 6 mo to 1 year
Onsite location: San Mateo, CA
Looking for a highly motivated Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to work on a highly skilled, fast-paced team. Our ideal candidate will be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and able to work independently on multiple tasks. The individual should be able to focus on the entire software system under development and apply solid analytical and problem solving skills to develop creative and thorough tests.
Requirement:
- Experience with GUI test automation tools (e.g. Silk, Winrunner or Selenium preferred)
- Experience in Java, C# or any high level language
- Experience in Flex is preferable
- Willing to be hands on for manual testing if there is a need
- 5+ years in QA and automation testing of application interfaces and understands QA process.
- Advanced understanding of test frameworks
- Able to suggest and implement improvements to framework and build new Frameworks.
- Strong experience writing and executing test plans and test cases
- Experience designing and/or building test-automation frameworks
- Experience mentoring peers in test automation
- Experience in an Agile development and test environment
- Work with on-site and off-shore development team
- Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BS in Computer Science
