Description :
Tivoli Service Automation Manager (TSAM) administrator needed. 
Good candidates will be proficient in TSAM/TPM. Additionally, experience with workflow management, Maximo, Webshere Application Server, LDAP, DB2 and the other elements of TSAM will be looked at.

Environment is built on Linux, VMware & Windows operating systems. 

Typical types of work include:

Basic: 
Navigate the Maximo User Interface; Open and view provisioning workflows; Download workflows ; Clear Inbox assignments; Running of workflows (specifically helper workflows); Viewing Blue Cloud resources

Advanced:
Navigate TSAM/TPM object hierarchy: Service Deployment Instances (SDI),  Service Requests (SR),  Work Orders (WO) , etc.
Get the workflow and guest details for particular SDIs, SR, etc.

Change states of object 
Clean up or altering of objects for problem resolution

Updating of workflows 
Working with Resource Pools (Adding / Removing / Failing Hypervisors)

TSAM Configuration settings
Open and View Service Catalog requests , and Escalation status when reported requests in an execution state.
Cleanup of inconsistent data based on data from cleanup queries and performed in the Maximo database.
