Overall Purpose of Job:
Data analyst and product Subject Matter Expect (SME) to assist in the understanding and defining of the business and data requirements of the following financial products: commercial lending products for a Bank, deposits, trade finance and money market deposits. Must have experience in SDLC waterfall and agile methodologies, developing business and functional requirements as part of a business analyst role. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with business and technology teams is required. Extensive experience in Management Information Systems (MIS), accounting, or compliance applications is required. It is not required to have strong experiences in all three functional areas.
-For the Management Information Systems (MIS) area, the Analyst should have a strong background in data architecture and data modeling with data warehouse concepts and dimensional models, with functional knowledge of ETL.
-For the accounting area, the analyst should have extensive knowledge of General Legder concepts (debits/credits, GL fundamentals and closing processes, Balance Sheet, P&L).
-For the compliance area, experience in AML and/or CRM is required
