I wanted to share with you a requirement I have for a higher education client of mine in the Boston area. This is a need for a functional PeopleSoft Consultant Needed for an ePerformance Implementation. Rate is up to $70-80/hr and a face to face is preferred but not required for this one. Experience:
- Strong expertise with the PeopleSoft ePerformance module, there will be only ONE consultant on this project.
- Experience implementing ePerformance in 9.1
- Experience implementing PeopleSoft HRMS at a University, with multiple jobs
Responsibilities/deliverables:
- Identify, prepare and document design sessions with representatives from all schools.
- Design sessions will:
- cover each area of the system that need to be configured to identify gaps and needs for customizations
- result in documentation of requirements/specs
- cover areas of the implementation strategy, including: roll out strategy, training needs, change management and communications plan
- Identify and document requirements for the functional team, the technical team and the security team.
- Work with me to prepare documents required for a request for funding for the implementation of ePerformance, including: detailed project plan, budget, staffing needs and roll out strategy
