Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills:

Ability to translate user requirements to technical solutions

Understanding of Tivoli Monitoring Architecture

Knowledgeable in Linux, Solaris, AIX, and Windows

Strong Scripting Skills (Unix Shell, Perl)

ITM and ITCAM Products - Creating and Troubleshooting Situations

ITCAM for Application Diagnostics

ITCAM for Applications

ITCAM for Microsoft Applications     

ITCAM for SOA

ITCAM for Transactions

ITM Base Product

Experience building custom Dashboards using  TEPS

Desirable Technical/Functional Skills:

Knowledge   of Tivoli Data Warehouse

Knowledge of  Cognos version of  Tivoli Common Reporting

Knowledge of Omnibus and Impact

Education Level Required:

University Graduate Or Relevant Experience.
