Job Description
Must Have Skills:   Excellent communication skills – must be able to convey ideas/concepts through all means of communication – oral, written, visual design XHTML – advanced knowledge of and adherence to W3C markup and accessibility (508) standards CSS – advanced knowledge JavaScript/jQuery – advanced knowledge (experience with DOM scripting) Adobe Creative Suite – expert proficiency with Photoshop / Illustrator / Fireworks / Dreamweaver / Acrobat Strong design skills – knowledgeable of the elements of design as well as the basic design principles Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.) Communication Arts/Design degree or other discipline related to the primary responsibilities and experience in web design, of which a minimum of two years producing table-less, XHTML, standards-compliant cross-browser, and gracefully-degrading code. Extreme attention to detail   Desired Skills:   Axure – wireframing
