·         Must have Testing Management Experience of approx. 5 years

·         Must have UAT management exp

·         Must have Design, Development and Implementation Exp of a $200M project

·         Must have UAT Experience in Health & Human Services

·         Desirable to have Eligibility/Medicaid experience with UAT

·         Desirable to have PMP certification
