Job Description:
Senior C++ developer responsible for working with Client's back end C++ web application. Will need to be able to develop in a Unix environment embedded with in a Client development team.
•Expert level C++ skills are required with demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems.
•Advanced knowledge of Unix system programming and networking.
•Strong understanding and command of OOA & OOP practices, UML is a plus.
•Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
•Knowledge of service-oriented architecture is a plus.
•Experience developing secure, highly scalable transactional software products is preferred.
•Familiarity with web server such as Apache is a strong plus.
•Familiarity with networking programming is a strong plus.
•Familiarity with Clearcase & Clearquest preferred.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
