Required Skill Set:
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on development experience in Websphere Commerce (7.x)
- Full Software Development Life Cycle Methodology experience as well as experience with other formal SW Development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, RAD, etc)
- Experienced developer with high analytical skills
- Experienced developer with ability to create and execute Unit Cases
- Experienced developer with ability to work on Onsite-Offshore development model
- Exceptional customer facing and communications skills (written and verbal)
