2 years of experience in Exchange server/Outlook administration; demonstrated skill and ability in monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving problems with Exchange servers and operating systems (OSs); demonstrated skill and ability in monitoring tape back-ups, including reviewing logs, restarting jobs, and performing tape rotation activities.
Strong Successful customer experiences in problem resolution using analysis, technical, and people skills, as appropriate
Strong Excellent communication and team-playing skills.
