·         Total IT experience of 8+ years

·         3+ years experience in ATG Commerce

·         5+ years of J2EE experience

·         In-depth experience in all ATG modules (Commerce, CSC, Search, Merchandising)

·         Last 2 projects should have been in ATG

·         Experience in architecture and design

·         Experience in performance tuning of ATG applications

·         Good communication skills
