Title: Remedy Developer

Location: NYC, NY

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: DOE

 

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.

·         At least 4 years of experience implementing and supporting Remedy applications;

·         Full knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM suite. 

·         Knowledge of ITIL best Practices frameworks (ideally Foundations-certified). 

·         ISO/IEC 20000 process knowledge is desirable but not mandatory.

·         Ability to work independently without intensive oversight is required; must be able to take initiative on a regular basis finding ways to avoid problems proactively rather than just fixing them after the fact.  This includes: workflow definition, release upgrade skills, form and field definition skills, GUI definition and design, and understanding of user interaction.
