Position:.Quality Assurance Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6-12 months


Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 7-8 Years of experience in Quality
assurance with at least 3-4 years of QA lead experience in Retail. At
least 3 to 4 years of experience on EDW/EBI.

Technical/Functional Skills : Expertise and experience on EDW/EBI QA,
Excellent skills to comprehend Functional Design/Technical Design
Document

Experience Required Should have managed at least 3-4 large QA projects.
Experience on EDW/EBI a must.
Develop Test strategies and estimate effort/cost.
Leading a combination of onshore and offshore teams.
Effective communication with Client project managers regarding project
progress, risks and mitigation
Strong SQL experience

Roles & Responsibilities : Understand the project scope & requirements
and develop the testing strategy, plans, and estimate the overall
testing effort.
Contribute as needed with test execution Responsible for leading
onsite and offshore testing resources to accomplish the quality
assurance goals and create the required deliverables.Capable in
managing and leading teams, developing and presenting status
reporting, full life cycle involvement, and significant hands-on
experience with all types of testing.
Generic Managerial Skills : Ability to work on and prioritize multiple
application test streams.

Education : Bachelor in Engineering
