Skill:	Monitor all Inbound / outbound jobs  in production with priority and contact support person if job fails Monitor all the jobs in Quality environment for support of releases; Monitor certain critical jobs are whether they are running on time in Production; Monitor if files are processed through XI to informatics and Interface is running as required. For any failure contact the owner of the job; Once issue is fixed, restart the job as per the instruction from the owner; Weekly maintaining Redwood tool ( deleting logs) Supporting Production and quality Outages; Develop and test new jobs in Redwood; Support regression testing and performance testing; Move jobs to redwood production once transports are moved to Prod ECC; Support Redwood Upgrades
