Duration: Long-term

• Hands on Architect profile with 10 plus year of experience in Java / J2EE.
• Hands on experience in designing / architecting large scale applications.
• Experience in the entire software development life cycle from requirements to production deploy
• Can visualize system end to end.
• Strong in Core Java, JDK 1.6
• Good in Data structures and Algorithms
• Design skills (have good exposure on design patterns)
• JDBC, EJB3
• Good knowledge of XML / parsers
• Good understanding of protocol stack
• Good knowledge on Software Security implementation
• Good understanding of Web services, preferred Rest
• Ant, Maven
• JBOSS, Tomcat
• Basic unix exposure
• Good communication skills
• Good Leadership qualities.
• Can guide team on day to day issue resolution, review design, code and recommend them right implementation approach
• Product development background is preferable
