Skill set :
· Web sphere application server Administration, Web server Administration(IBM HTTP Server) , Web sphere commerce Server Administration
· Good understanding of Unix Scripting, Perl, PMI tools TPV, ITCAM etc
· Knowledge on Dynacache, Commerce Scheduler, Registries etc. Production support experience participating in crisis calls.
· Knowledge on Synthetic monitoring tools Gomez /BAC , Real user monitoring tools Coradiant , tealeaf etc , CDN like akamai .
· Good written and oral communication skills and preparation of project technical documentation
Detailed JD:
· Day-to-day monitoring, support and operations of ecommerce websites running 24/7.
· Monitor ecommerce system's various components SLA's and response times etc.
· Work with data center operations team to open trouble tickets and involve in problem determination and implementation of various changes
· Automate repeatable tasks and steps.
· Respond to errors and emergencies within application and coordinate troubleshooting with several other teams
· Document system architecture and changes
· Execute various IBM Websphere middleware infrastructure tasks & upgrades.
· Work with network engineers to understand various network flows and troubleshoot as needed
Required Skills :
· 5 to 6 years experience with IBM Websphere ND 5.1,6.1,7.0, IBM Websphere Commerce, IBM HTTP Server
· Expertise in writing shell, PERL & Jython scripts
· Good understanding of various network elements like load balancers, Firewalls, SSL and TCP/IP concepts
· Knowledge about enterprise scale J2EE applications
· Working experience in ecommerce applications support environment is a plus
· Strong communications skills, negotiation skills, and project planning skills
