| Requirements | The following services are to be rendered: • Automate processes, create automation tools • Bring current operational tools to date, create new tools as needed. • Define backup process and verify automation. Create restore process and automate The ideal candidate will have PowerShell scripting and SQL experience.
1-3 plus years systems engineering experience, 1-3 plus year in a Windows client/server environment. 1 year development and/or database administration experience using a Microsoft product. Solid knowledge of systems engineering practices. Ability to read and write PowerShell and T-SQL required. Knowledge of personal computer hardware may be needed. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and some business/functional knowledge helpful. 1. Strong scripting experience 2. Development experience with C#, SQL 3. Working knowledge of Networking (load balancing technologies) and infrastructure. 4. Performance tuning in SQL. 5. Knowledge of high availability techniques in SQL. 6. Good problem solving skills, communication, critical thinking and decision making skills. 7. IT Operations knowledge. 8. Exposure to MOF/ITIL processes is desired.
