Job Description:
• 5+ years of REMEDY Administration & Development experience, (large enterprise experience a must)
• Experience with Remedy version 7.x (preferably 7.5x)
• Strong UNIX system administration skills
• Experience with custom Remedy based applications
• Experience with Apache Tomcat/Remedy Mid-Tier
• Oracle proficiency
• Experience with PERL scripts and Oracle Procedures
• Experience writing technical installation and configuration documents
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
