This position is replacing someone who is in this role currently, but only has the ability to do the functional Analysis. They need someone with both technical and functional skills that can code in PL/SQL, Oracle Publisher, XML Publisher that can make modifications to table structures, stored procedures, triggers, etc.
Oracle HRMS Techno-functional Analyst
Duration: 6-12 months +
Location: Downtown - Seattle, WA
Job Description:
Provide technical expertise to provide day-to-day support to business users by troubleshooting issues, implementing fixes and enhancements using complete SDLC process
Key Responsibilities:
- Oracle Technical Developer for HRMS applications
- Perform application support for Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Self-Service HR, Advanced Benefits, Comp Workbench, Time and Labor)
- Highly analytical, detailed thinker with strong technical skills
- Strong knowledge of functional setups across all HR modules and related other modules
- Highly proficient in the use of all Oracle development tools including JDeveloper, Workflow Builder, Oracle - Publisher and XML Publisher
- Expertise with Oracle PL/SQL (Store Procedures, Triggers, etc.)
- Expert in Table Structure Development
- General knowledge of database management and application performance tuning
- System trouble-shooting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skill
