UI development skills using JSP, Struts, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript and CSS -- Bonus points for Ajax
Object Oriented Design skills
O/R Mapping experience using Spring and Hibernate
Test Driven Development experience
Build automation experience using Ant or Maven
Proficient using version control systems like Subversion
Experience with Resin (preferred) or Apache or Tomcat
Experience with DB2 (preferred) or Oracle or MySQL
Keen interest learning and adapting emerging tools and technologies in the industry
Unit test framework experience
