Title: Technical Program Manager

Duration: 12 Months+

Location: Redmond, WA

Rate: $50/hr

 

Description:

 

Be part of a strategic online services technology group chartered with building data services and tools to improve network engagement. We are seeking a strong program manager who can design and drive new features and improvements to the product, and participate in a fast-paced, agile development cycle. This team member will also manage updates, new features, and operations for our web analytics pipeline.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Gather and document customer requirements / user scenarios for data-centric workflows & features.

Write feature specifications and document existing/new system functionality.

Manage Agile product development.

Populate, prioritize, and manage product backlog with product owners & engineering team.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

 

Agile program management within Microsoft Experience.

Ability to lead and work collaboratively.

Efficient in Sustainment Engineering (Live Site Management).

Excellent in Backend-MS SQL Server.

Self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity.

Strong oral and written communication skills are required in order to collaborate with teams.
