JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead a team of Informatica Developers in an onsite offshore model
Scope the work and estimate and plan ETL tasks, milestones and deliverables
Assign tasks, monitor and review status and progress
Provide periodical Reports to Trianz and Liberty Managers
Determine overall architectural and design practices to follow during implementation of a new ETL mappings
Apply appropriate methodologies to support the creation and maintenance of Informatica ETLs
Troubleshoot and debug new and existing ETL solutions
Create, review, test and maintain ETLs
Drive development and implementation of data strategies to optimize data quality, and implement a robust MDM solution
Define and deliver data quality project communications across impacted organizations, ensuring that all stakeholders are knowledgeable of the impact and drive corrective change
Identify opportunities to improve business processes that impact t data quality and drive execution
Contribute to and adopt data quality best practices in alignment with other functional organizations
Lead data acquisition and validation strategy and execution with 3rd party data sources
Analyze data trends and monitor data for duplications and rejects
Work with internal/external partners to identify opportunity to upgrade data feeds and drive implementation. Project Management Experience in managing Onsite / Offshore Resources

Extraction, Transformation and Load process (ETL) using Informatica Power Center to populate the tables in Data warehouse and Data marts
Design and implement BI/DW Infrastructure on a large scale: ETL, Data Warehouse, Data Marts, and Analytics
Define a suitable architecture for data integration from multiple, disparate data sources (including legacy systems, relational databases, flat files, message queues, spreadsheets, etc.)
Articulation and convincing the client on Architecture and Project Estimation
