Responsibilities

*  Determine operational system support requirements across technology organization

*  Evaluate existing and new solutions. Set, maintain and oversee adoption of standards.

*  Implement and manage solutions

*  Collaborate with internal teams and customers

 

Minimum Qualifications

*  BS or other 4 year degree

*  Four years experience managing operation tools used to support large web hosting or enterprise environments

*  The right blend of technical and business analysis skills to ensure successful implementations

*  Excellent written/oral communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

*  Scripting skills

*  Fluent in Microsoft Windows and Linux platforms
