Requirement:
The Sr. Software Developer / SSRS Developer will analyze, design, develop, test and implement new application components; and maintain and optimize already
deployed Enterprise and highly scalable Web applications in an SSRS, .Net 3.5, C#, SOA, WCF, SQL Server environment.
Interested candidates must have the following qualifications to be considered:
* Demonstrated experience of 4 or more years in the full life cycle of applications using SSRS and C#
* 5 or more years in positions including applications development and business process reengineering
* Experience developing highly scalable web applications
* Experience in the full life cycle of applications using .Net, WCF, Web Services, SOA, ESB, Team Foundation Server, SQL Server, SharePoint, BizTalk, and/or Visual
Studio 2008 are all pluses
* Knowledge of network infrastructure, security and authentication processes
* Working experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Expertise in the implementation and management of Privacy and Security Policies
* Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
* Highly self motivated and directed
* Keen attention to detail, with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree (B. S. or B.A.) from four-year college or university and 5 or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position Description: Experience Level: 4 year degree
*Candidate must have working knowledge / experience in designing, implementing and supporting DataPower XI50 solutions (including design and development of MPGs, WSPs and XML Firewalls with experience in support, troubleshooting and tuning)
*Knowledge in any-to-any message transformation with advanced level of understanding / experience in XSLT, XSD, DTD and Namespace is ESSENTIAL; experience with Websphere Transformation Extender is desired.
*Experience in the analysis, architecture, documentation and promotion of messaging infrastructure solutions including the use of SOA solutions is desired (with emphasis on MQ and SOAP over HTTP message transportation protocols)
* Working knowledge / experience with SOA (Web Services, WSDL and SOAP) in J2EE implementations is required;
