Education / Certification
· Typically requires BS in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent.
· 2-6 years related experience.
· CCNA Voice Certificate Must
Technical Skills:
· Solid knowledge and good hand on experience on the below platforms:
o Cisco Unified Communications Manager (6.x, 7.x, & 8.x)
o Cisco Unity (4.x & 7.x) and Unity Connection
o Cisco Voice Gateways
o Cisco IP Phones
o Basic knowledge of Cisco Routers and Switches
· Strong Troubleshooting skills, Ability to analyze, configure and troubleshoot small to medium sized networks
· Develops technical skills and knowledge, advancing beyond the fundamentals in at least one area
· Utilizes an understanding of TAC and CA goals, objectives, and business to guide activities
· Ability to manage crisis situations.
