Position::12877  SAP SCM Planning+Logistics, APO Ld Consult-R3 Functional Modules | Data Warehouse Specialist

Job Description:   
This candidate will be a key Supply Chain Logistics functional team member working on a project that will span the SAP modules MM, Logistics, PP, FICO, SD and GTS Trade Compliance. Past experience working in logistics, a freight forwarding company or in foreign trade compliance will be highly considered.
This resource will need to be highly self-motivated to learn the customization client has made in their SAP implementation in the Logistics module (ECC-6).
Must have experience with a multinational company running SAP and inter/intra company materials and equipment transfers. Must be proficient in SAP Logistics functionality;
Logistics to other SAP modules such as finance and accounting, sales and distribution through billing and materials management.
He/she will be skilled in the SAP configuration of inbound and outbound shipment types, shipping cost documents, routes and route determination, transportation planning points, shipping points, pricing procedures for shipping cost documents, output determination, transportation connection points, transportation groups, inbound and outbound deliveries and handling units.
Experience with import / export commercial documentation requirements desired.
Requires very good requirements gathering skills and the ability to work with the business on solutions and create functional design documents.
The candidate will have an understanding of the usage of SAP user exits, understanding of BAPI's.
Although not required to develop ABAP code debugging skills are beneficial.
Required to document test scenarios and carry out and document the test results.
This resource should have a keen eye for detail and assessing potential impact to other application areas, ability to determine the test scenarios required and expected results.
Undergraduate degree in CS, MIS, BA or Engineering and 7 years of related experience or through 11 years of experience in Systems Development and/or Applications Support which includes experience in Analysis, Design, Programming, Product Selection, Support and/or Maintenance.
Broad knowledge of the applications and work processes in his technology/functional area and is capable of providing leadership, addressing complex tasks, and safeguarding timely project completion.
