* 7+ Years of hands on experience with PeopleSoft Finance PeopleSoft FIN 8.9 / 9.1 applications.
* Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Internet architecture and PeopleSoft toolkit 8.4X / 8.5X (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR)
* Extensive experience on PeopleSoft GL module and nVision Reporting tool.
* Must have worked on at least two end to end PeopleSoft (9.1 preferred) Upgrade Project
* Strong experience on integration technologies including Component interfaces, Integration broker
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong influencing skills and teamwork skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work effectively with internal customers as well as vendors.
* Bachelor*s degree
Qualifications:
10+ years experience delivering complex projects with Java Enterprise technologies and various middleware technologies
Five plus years experience leading resource teams (5+ member) comprising contractors and also employees. Nice to have
Bachelors degree or equivalent, excellent communication skills
Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team to develop solutions
Professional maturity in dealing with all levels of management and staff
Ability to understand customer needs and manage expectations
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of contract offshore resources to develop complex, hivolume, selfservice internet applications.
Possess high degree of technical competency to design software using cuttingedge tools and technologies.
Support implementation of new development methodologies in the Agile spectrum to transform development and delivery processes.
Support implementation of programs (or components of programs) to meet business discretionary needs.
Support implementation of projects (or components of projects) to meet business plan of record.
Cultivate vendor relationship to optimize offshore leverage and obtain streamlined delivery from contract resources.
Work with CTO to implement design charters in order for application enhancements to be compliant with technology roadmap.
