Solution IT Inc. is looking for a Tivoli Administrator- Service Request Management (TSRM) for one of its clients in Boston, MA
Job Title | Tivoli Administrator- Service Request Management (TSRM) |
Summary | Looking for Tivoli Administrator who will act as a technical administrator for the client's upcoming installation of IBM TSRM Service Desk to support its processes. |
Duties: | · Configure TSRM where necessary to meet business objectives · Managing vendor coordination when necessary. · Collaborate with stake-holders to conduct and demonstrate proof-of-concepts for new products and architectures. · Support TSRM to ensure system availability, performance and recovery objectives are consistently met. |
Required Experience: | · Demonstrated proficiency with development and configuration of IBM Tivoli (Maximo) product line including IBM Tivoli Service Request Manager (TSRM) · Demonstrated experience implementing IBM Tivoli (Maximo) or 3+ year current experience within IBM Service Management Solutions · Experience utilizing Tivoli Asset Management for IT (TAMIT) preferred · Experience with Integration Composer preferred · Experience with Data migrations and integrations with external systems · Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences at various levels within the organization · Experience with supporting WebSphere on Windows preferred · Knowledge of J2EE Application Standards preferred · Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Standards preferred |
