# Positions	Job description: Good Communication, both written and verbal  - Combination of Technical and Management skills,  - Understanding of J2EE based applications / platforms  - Knowledge of Databases systems like Oracle  - Understanding of Unix based systems (Solaris / VM's / JVM's) • Knowledge of IT architecture / infrastructure & SDLC practices • Ability to learn / understand and adapt to new technologies • Ability to manage the relationship between various teams and maintain vendor relations •  Willingness to troubleshoot problems and meet problem resolutions in an effective manner •  Knowledge of F5 load Balancers is a plus •  Knowledge CMS is an added advantage •  Knowledge of banking domain
