Front-end Developer
The right person would have been spending the great majority, if not all of their time doing front end web development in a web standards enterprise environment for an extended period of time.
Should have copious experience writing the following:
Light, semantic HTML markup, including the new HTML5 DOM elements.
Concise CSS, including advanced 2.1 selectors and CSS3 properties that can be degraded with proprietary IE filters. Experience with OOCSS would also be a big plus.
Beginning to intermediate pure JavaScript and intermediate jQuery.
Other experience that would be beneficial but aren't nearly as important as those core skills:
Slicing images from PSD files and optimizing images for the web, including alpha transparency.
Working with enterprise content management tools, especially Oracles's UCM/SSXA
Working with an enterprise version management system, preferably a decentralized one, and most especially, Git.
