Business Analyst
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 3+ Months
Rate: $45/hr on C2C.
Functional & Business knowledge:
· Functional Business Analyst with expertise in Cards and payments domain.
· Good understanding of the card market and regulations (EMV, PCI)
· Experience in complete lifecycle knowledge of traditional & electronic payments or cards.
· Good experience as an analyst in retail banking.
· Experience in Payment gateway Integration is a value add.
Others:
· Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture & middleware concepts
· Collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze integration needs and Business requirements and deliver the Functional requirements
· Should be able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
· Knowledge of AGILE & Waterfall Software Development methodologies
· Must have the ability to learn and maintain knowledge of multiple application areas
· Work independently with technical teams, other BA's and project managers as part of defining and deriving the functional requirements.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group and subject matter experts.
· Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates.
· Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and QA teams.
· Should be able to define & refine process flow diagrams for internal process.
